- Max consistently demonstrates openness by listening carefully to others and treating everyone with fairness and respect. He helps resolve differences by making sure all group members have a chance to share their ideas and feelings, both in class learning and social situations. During class discussions, he often explains different viewpoints clearly, helping others understand one another. This positive attitude is also evident in his craft fair group, where his fairness and openness support strong teamwork and positive relationships. This was evident in how he supported his friends when their first idea of pictures was turned down.
