During our outdoor lesson, the children were tasked with creating a fort using natural resources
found in the nature area. They worked together by dividing themselves into small groups, with
each child taking on a specific role to contribute to the fort’s construction. The activity required
careful planning, clear communication, and teamwork. The children demonstrated respect for
group roles and rules, prioritised the group’s goals, and worked conscientiously to support one
another. Throughout the process, they evaluated their progress, made adjustments, and shared
ideas to improve the final structure. This activity allowed the children to practise collaboration,
understand different forms of communication, and experience democratic decision-making,
while valuing both majority and minority perspectives. By the end, the groups successfully
presented their forts, showing effective cooperation, problem-solving, and shared responsibility. - Сарадња
