- Ellie has consistently shown kindness and respect in the classroom and around the school. She greets adults politely, listens carefully when spoken to, and responds in a calm and respectful way. When adults give instructions or reminders, Ellie tries her best to follow them straight away and often sets a positive example for others nearby. Ellie also shows the same respect to her peers. She uses gentle words, takes turns, and is thoughtful about other children’s feelings. When someone is finding something tricky, Ellie is often one of the first to offer help, whether it is sharing resources, explaining what to do, or simply checking if they are okay. She includes others in games and activities and shows fairness by making sure everyone gets a chance. Ellie’s behaviour helps create a safe and happy classroom where others feel valued. Her kindness is not just seen in big moments, but in the small choices she makes every day.
