- Maya is a very friendly student who enjoys working in groups. She respects group roles and rules in collaborative work and prioritizes group interests. The students were given a scavenger hunt and had to work together to complete it. She took the lead and started delegating what needs to be done. She also listened carefully to what her peers had to say to ensure that they worked efficiently together.

Well done for being such a great team player Maya! You respect the decisions of the majority and value minority perspectives. You also understand different forms of communication and provide assistance to others when necessary.
